TIMESHEETS
Submit your signed & approved timesheets for the previous week no later than 10.00am every Monday, FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN DELAYED PAYMENT OF WAGES
Ensure all details on your timesheets are clearly displayed and completed including the following – name, dates, client, start & finish times, breaks, total hours worked, applicable overtime & job numbers (if required)
If you are required to work on multiple sites during a week for different clients you must record your hours worked on separate timesheets – ONE CLIENT = ONE TIMESHEET! We will not accept multiple jobs on one timesheet!
YOU MUST get an authorised person (supervisor) to sign and initial your timesheet correctly THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
